An incredibly strong start to the season in SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental

We're off to a flying start: on 29 and 30 November 2025, SkiWelt will open for weekend operations with numerous connections and present a season start like no other. Thanks to strong support from Mother Nature and the SkiWelt snow factory, guests can expect excellent conditions for an early winter start.

FIRST VALLEY RUNS AND TOBOGGAN RUN OPEN

Thanks to the excellent snow conditions, the first valley runs and selected, perfectly groomed slopes are already available at the start of the season.

Ellmau – Scheffau – Brixen – Hopfgarten – Söll
SkiWelt Westendorf is also starting the winter season, but the direct connection to the rest of the ski area is not yet possible

Downhill runs

The first valley runs are already open, allowing for an especially early winter sports experience down into the valley at the end of November.

TOBOGGAN RUN

The “Hexenritt” toboggan run at SkiWelt Söll is the first toboggan run to open, offering winter action for all guests right at the start of the season.

Non-stop skiing: from 5 or 6 December 2025
SkiWelt Ellmau starts non-stop/ daily skiing on 5 December
On the same day, the first edition of Ellmi’s Christmas market takes place at Hartkaiser in the evening: A charming, high-altitude christmas experience featuring local crafts, culinary specialties, and a special program for the entire family. Dates: 5–21 December 2025 (Friday to Sunday), afternoons and evenings
All other SkiWelt resorts follow on 6th December: From 6th December 2025, all other SkiWelt resorts will begin daily winter operations—continuously until 6th April 2026 (end of the season). From then on, the full SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental experience will be available.
